Abdominal Exercise TV Sits
I mix up my ab workouts a lot, I do everything under the sun. I used to wrestle in high school and one of the things I hated was tv sits.
To perform this abdominal exercise, lie down like you're about to do push-ups and with your forearms lift your body off the ground. Keep your body flat as a board and keep your head up like you are watching tv.
Hold this for as long as possible and repeat. I still hate it but it works great for your whole abdomen.
