Why use body builder supplements?

Mate, to be 100% honest with you, supplements are only for extreme guys or ones who cannot gain muscle naturally, have a go at the gym, take it steadily and make sure your doing things correctly, if you are and your seeing results dont worry about supplements.

It sounds like you want to gain some size but not heaps, im 5ft 5 and 86kgs and I was all fat, but once I started working out I've gotten huge muscles with no supplements, only took me about 5 months of about 3 or 4 times a week, makeing sure i didnt over do it.

Follow that and you will get more size and definition.

First of all if you're interested in a game like cricket, your physical apperance matters alot. Here are some beginner body building tips: Try jogging, swimming and skipping or play any sport daily, this will improve your stamina and your body will be naturally toned.
