Don's Review Of Smooth Fitness Elliptical Equipment

I bought a smooth fitness 3.2 ce elliptical in feb.08. It is a quality machine and worth the $1500 that I paid for it. It will only work if you use it.

The only bad things I can say about it is that I had to make several follow-up calls regarding delivery. One of the main bolts for the machine was bad, but they over-nighted the bolt to me and all was good. It is a big heavy-duty elliptical.

I have been using it for nearly a year and my cardiovasvular system is a lot stronger than before. I haven't lost a lot of weight because I love to eat, but I haven't gained an ounce, since I have been using it.

Pros: Quality built and designed, not too hard to assemble

Cons: heavy and big
