One Exercise That I Felt Work My Trapezius or Traps

I leaned forward and was going lower then usual during my usual set of dips for the day and after a few reps I could feel my tri's lower pecs and back and trap muscles sore. Low, slow, forward dips in sets of 40 seem to work very well for me. Try it, whats to lose, you still work other muscle groups.
