Plyometric Super Jumps

This plyometrics exercise is simple to perform but very effective.
First get near a basketball hoop. Take a running start and leap off one foot and touch the rim. Then go to other side and leap off with other foot and touch the rim. Alternate between legs. This exercise will make sure that you can always touch the rim and that you don't lose your jumping ability.
