Weight Training Routines

The best way to train is using a progressive overload method where you are using heavy weights at lower reps. You need to go to failure point where your muscles physically can't lift anymore to really shock your muscles into growth.

You should also focus solely on compound exercises like squats, dead lifts, pull ups, bench press and military press that target multiple muscles and joints at once. This will fire up your metabolism and ensure maximum growth can be achieved.

Remember the only time success comes before work is in the dictionary so train hard!
